Welcome to another competitive year at KDGC. Below you will see the 2023-24 competitive meet schedule for the NEOGL/AAU Xcel team.

We are going to assume that all gymnasts are competing in all their meets unless you fill out and turn in a non-participation form by the due date listed.  

If your gymnast can not compete in one of her meets for any reason (injury, conflict, etc.), please fill out the form and turn it in to the coaches or email it to Lisa. It is too hard for us to send the girls into the office during their workouts to call home because meet sign ups were not turned in. It disrupts the class and takes away from their workout time. 

If we do not have a nonparticipation form by the due date, your account will be charged for the meet. This should help with a lot of lost papers too.
